Black Souls Music is a comprehensive soundtrack overhaul that completely replaces all vanilla Terraria music and features full compatibility with Fargo's Souls Mod! The mod is designed around playing alongside Fargo's Souls, but it remains fully functional in standalone vanilla Terraria as well. This is my very first and most serious mod, so any feedback is highly appreciated. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: My mod doesn't depend on Fargo's Music Mod, so you can run Fargo's Souls Mod with just my mod! Mod Features v2.2: Vanilla Music Replacement: Replaces every single vanilla music track - from bosses to biomes, weather conditions, and even the final credits theme after defeating the Moon Lord. Fargo's Souls Mod Soundtrack Overhaul: All bosses from Fargo's Souls Mod have received their own custom replacement tracks. Mutant Adaptive Audio System: The Mutant changes its battle music during Phase 2 and Phase 3 dynamically based on your current world difficulty (Eternity / Masochist / Legendary Masochist). Node Clock Accessory: A special custom accessory item. It is given to you once upon creating a new character or entering a new world, and it can also be crafted. When equipped in accessory or vanity slots, it plays the Black Souls main menu themes. You can switch between track modes by Right-Clicking the item inside your inventory. "Now Playing" System: When a new track starts playing, a clean notification containing the track's title pops up at the top of your screen. Flexible In-Game Configuration: Features a detailed settings menu that allows you to toggling individual music tracks or full categories on/off (with a few rare exceptions that cannot be disabled). Track Title Tooltips in Config: All toggle buttons inside the Music Config now feature detailed English hover tooltips displaying the exact original track name from Black Souls used in the "Now Playing" system! Custom Main Menus: Includes two animated main menu layout options - the classic Black Souls II Book Style menu and the brand-new Lindamea Style Menu featuring animated snowfall and camera panning. Open Source: The mod has an official public GitHub repository page. Future Plans: There are no major future updates planned as the mod is considered fully complete. Future maintenance will strictly focus on porting the codebase to Fargo's Souls Mod 2.0 and potential content adaptations if Toro releases a new game.
