TERRARIA CORPORATION Why build another meaningless wooden box when you could create an aggressively expanding corporate empire? Terraria Corporation lets you establish a headquarters, hire employees, select company uniforms, construct projects across the world, and collect daily income from a Corporation Vault. There is no fixed employee limit. Build two workstations or build 200 cubicles—the shareholders demand growth! GETTING STARTED 1. Craft and place a Corporation Headquarters Sign. 2. Right-click it to register your headquarters. 3. Place at least one Corporation Workstation. 4. Add a Corporation Vault and Company Uniform Dresser. 5. Add lights, statues, banners, and more workstations to improve your rating. 6. Craft and place the Corporation Project Board. 7. Wait for morning and watch your employees report for work. Use /corpscan whenever you need to see your rating, project progress, or missing requirements. Vanilla Work Benches do not count as employee workstations. Employees require the custom blue-monitor Corporation Workstation. EMPLOYEES AND INCOME Each Corporation Workstation supports one persistent employee, with no fixed employee cap. Employees receive randomized vanilla-style appearances and names, report to their workstations each morning, leave at night, and return during the next workday. Each active employee produces 75 copper in base daily income. Your headquarters rating adds an additional employee-quality bonus. The headquarters rating begins at 20% and improves through: * Workstations * Lights * Statues * Banners Right-click the Company Uniform Dresser to cycle through Green, Blue, Purple, Red, Black, White, and Gold uniforms. All employees wear the selected company color while keeping their individual appearances. Daily earnings are deposited into the Corporation Vault. Right-click the vault to withdraw the stored Copper, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Coins. THE PROJECT BOARD Right-click the Corporation Project Board to view: * Every available project * Not Started, Registered, or Complete status * Construction requirements * Daily income and special benefits Projects may be built anywhere in the world. They do not need to be close to headquarters. To complete a project: 1. Craft its Project Sign. 2. Place the sign at the project location. 3. Right-click the sign to register it. 4. Build the listed requirements nearby. 5. Check the Project Board or use /corpscan. Breaking a Project Sign removes its registration. You can move and register it again without affecting the rest of the corporation. PROJECTS PET SHOP Requirements: * Pet Shop Project Sign * 6 combined Tables, Chairs, or Work Benches * 1 animal cage or terrarium containing a critter * 2 lights Benefit: 500 copper daily An empty glass box and a hopeful attitude do not count as an animal enclosure. CORPORATE GRAVEYARD Requirements: * Corporate Graveyard Project Sign * 5 Tombstones * 2 lights Benefit: 350 copper daily The Graveyard may be built outdoors. It is profitable and almost certainly not haunted by former management. POWER STATION Requirements: * Power Station Project Sign * Extractinator * Furnace * Heavy Work Bench * 1 Switch or Lever * 2 lights * 10 placed Wire tiles Benefit: 600 copper daily and a 10% project-income boost The wiring can be simple. Ten wire tiles running between a switch and light are enough. WAREHOUSE Requirements: * Warehouse Project Sign * 6 Chests, Barrels, or storage containers * 100 background-wall tiles * 2 lights Benefit: 550 copper daily Finally, a legitimate excuse for that room containing 47 unsorted chests. COMMUNICATIONS TOWER Requirements: * Communications Tower Project Sign above the surface * 2 Switches or Levers * 4 lights * 20 placed Wire tiles Benefit: 650 copper daily and a 5% project-income boost No enormous custom satellite dish is required. That engineering proposal was rejected for looking ridiculous. GREENHOUSE Requirements: * Greenhouse Project Sign * 20 Glass Wall tiles * 8 Clay Pots or Planter Boxes * 10 water tiles * 2 lights Benefit: 450 copper daily CORPORATE MINE Requirements: * Corporate Mine Project Sign underground * 20 Minecart Track tiles * Furnace * Extractinator * 2 Chests or storage containers * 2 lights Benefit: 800 copper daily The sign must be registered below the surface. Safety inspections remain pending. SHIPPING DOCK Requirements: * Shipping Dock Project Sign * 80 nearby water tiles * 4 Chests or storage containers * 20 Platforms * 2 lights Benefit: 700 copper daily A bucket emptied into a hole does not constitute an international shipping lane. EXECUTIVE RETREAT Requirements: * Executive Retreat Project Sign * 2 Beds * 4 Chairs * 2 Tables * 100 background-wall tiles * 4 lights Benefit: 500 copper daily and a 10% employee-pay boost Apparently executives make their best wage decisions while relaxing somewhere expensive. CRAFTING RECIPES HEADQUARTERS ITEMS Headquarters Sign: 10 Wood + 2 Iron Bars at a Work Bench Corporation Vault: 15 Iron Bars + 5 Gold Bars at an Iron or Lead Anvil Corporation Workstations x2: 12 Wood + 1 Iron Bar at a Work Bench Company Uniform Dresser: 16 Wood + 4 Silk at a Sawmill Corporation Project Board: 20 Wood + 2 Iron Bars at a Work Bench PROJECT SIGNS Pet Shop: 10 Wood + 1 Bunny at a Work Bench Corporate Graveyard: 20 Stone Blocks + 5 Wood at a Work Bench Power Station: 5 Iron Bars + 10 Wire at a Work Bench Warehouse: 20 Wood + 5 Iron/Lead Bars + 1 Chest at a Work Bench Greenhouse: 25 Glass + 15 Clay Blocks + 3 Jungle Spores at a Work Bench Corporate Mine: 30 Stone Blocks + 8 Iron/Lead Bars + 10 Minecart Tracks at an Iron/Lead Anvil Shipping Dock: 30 Wood + 5 Silk + 2 Chains at a Sawmill Communications Tower: 10 Iron/Lead Bars + 25 Wire + 2 Lenses at an Iron/Lead Anvil Executive Retreat: 25 Wood + 8 Gold/Platinum Bars + 10 Silk + 10 Bones at a Sawmill These recipes create the registration signs. You must still construct and furnish the actual projects. TESTING COMMANDS Testing commands are intentionally available for sandbox building and quick testing. /corpscan — Reports headquarters and project requirements /corpkit — Supplies headquarters items and building materials /corpstart — Registers your current position as headquarters /corpmorning — Immediately starts a new workday /petshopkit — Pet Shop supplies /graveyardkit — Graveyard supplies /powerstationkit — Power Station supplies /warehousekit — Warehouse supplies /communicationskit — Communications Tower supplies /greenhousekit — Greenhouse supplies /minekit — Corporate Mine supplies /dockkit — Shipping Dock supplies /retreatkit — Executive Retreat supplies SAVING Headquarters registration, vault balance, employees, appearances, uniform color, and registered projects are saved with the world. Project completion is checked dynamically. Removing required furniture or machinery makes that project incomplete until the requirement is restored. BUILD YOUR CORPORATION Build a small local business or cover the planet in company property. Give your warehouses, mines, docks, greenhouses, graveyards, and questionable executive resorts a real purpose. The quarterly report demands growth.
