Makes the hidden difficulties visible by default and adds 2 new difficulties. and Gourd Moon. Adds a pity system with guaranteed drops and a points shop system. Fixes the issue that roguelike mode could not run on dedicated servers. With this mod installed, dedicated servers start in roguelike mode by default, which can be toggled in the config file.
