Allows full range of your screen with all weapons when using a controller, and hovering over UI elements no longer breaks your autofire. Also fixes a couple weird controller interactions that made certain modded weapons and tools malfunction. Thanks to Tetriscat66 (Syla) for the original Whole Screen Gamepad Use Range mod.
