What does this mod do? Ever made it to Mega Satan, fought through all the various waves of Sins and Horsemen, only to then be treated to Fallen Angels that awkwardly spawn in the bottom left corner of the arena? What's up with that? This mod makes a very simple coding change, and now they spawn directly on the Pentagram in the centre of the room!
