Losing heart containers to bad rerolls isn't This mod overhauls rerolls, health, and core mechanics to make Tainted Eden fairer while preserving the chaotic playstyle. All features are configurable Reactive Rolls Most rerolled items are now active, as if you just picked them up • Natural resources are never affected; item-generated resources are temporary • Problematic items are handled automatically • Includes a Piñata config option to allow floor drops while blocking hearts and trinkets to prevent infinite healing Quality Keeper Rerolls match the original item quality Can be disabled or tied to Birthright, replacing its vanilla effect Game Modes Choose between the vanilla-friendly Purist mode or the more extensive Soul Infusion overhaul Purist • Vanilla-friendly. For players who just want the original character fixed • Standard health behavior • Rerolls never delete containers Soul Infusion (Optional) Identical to the standalone Soul Infusion mod, featuring capacity-based health, Glitched Armor, Health Reserve (IOU), heart sorting, and dynamic deal chance; but built with a cleaner implementation thanks to Repentogon.
