Isaac faces off against the rebel army! How did they get here, and why are they after Isaac? BASICS • This mod adds new enemies to the game, and new interactables! The mod is very early in development , so only a few enemies are added. There are plans to expand the mod and add many enemies, and eventually new bosses • The enemies "ambush" Isaac in already-existing rooms, fighting alongside vanilla enemies. By default the mod is difficult, but difficulty can be tweaked by using MCM and altering the spawn chances and numbers NEW ENEMIES • REBEL RIFLEMAN : The standard Rebel army ranged troop, armed with a bolt rifle. Not squishy but can create a lot of pressure when combined with melee enemies. • REBEL SHIELD SOLDIER : A squishy enemy who tries to make up for the rifleman's weaknesses by chasing the player. Can lunge at close range, is equipped with a pistol to deal with players who like to camp over pits. • REBEL GRUNT : The most common rebel infantryman! Armed with nothing but a knife. Be careful, as some can spawn with a grenade. Rebel grunts are versatile; they can act as melee and try to distract Isaac off ranged units, or as additional pressure/firepower if left unattended. • MORE WILL BE ADDED AS THE MOD IS DEVELOPED Friendly Units • P.O.Ws (Prisoner of War): Rarely, you may encounter some allies who are in need of rescuing! POWs have a custom pool of items they can reward the player when freed. Technical information Default MCM values: • Room Spawn Chance: 75% default • Boss Reinforcement Chance: 50% default • Minimum Rebels Spawned: 1 default • Maximum Rebels Spawned: 5 default • Rebel Grunt % Chance: 50% default • Chance Rebel Grunt starts off with a grenade: 50% • Rebel Shield Soldier % chance: 20% default • POW spawn chance: 10% default • MCM is not required for this mod to run, but highly recommended so you can change the spawn rates to your liking.
