[REP+] FRAUD's Portrait Respruce + ACS and Tainted Names (fixed)

This mod is a lazy fix of "!FRAUD's Poratrait Respruce (With ACS and Tainted Names)" There was a bug that gave every character a second copy of their starting item, which resulted in minor stuff like Cain having 2 Luck at the start, and some birthrights pickup quotes being "???" I fixed it by removing edit of player.xml file, sadly because of it new tainted character's names don't show up in the boss splash screens, on the other hand this mod is now compatable with other mods that edit that file I didn't create anything here, I just did a lazy fix by deleting couple of files.
