Tim is a custom character inspired by Hutts and his chat. I wanted to bring some of that chaos into Isaac, with a character who has plenty to say and doesn't always make the best decisions. He has custom sprites, costumes, voice lines, and his own unlocks. Sometimes chat helps you out, and sometimes it makes your run a little harder. I'll leave a few things for you to find out while playing. Chat Roulette Beat ??? (Blue Baby) as Tim to unlock Chat Roulette as his starting pocket active. Use it to let chat decide what happens next, with a 50/50 split between good and bad or neutral outcomes . It recharges every four rooms, and a small chat feed shows what you rolled. Birthright helps get chat on your side, too. Tim's Hot Takes Tim will give you challenges during the run. Prove him wrong and earn a reward. You can check your current Hot Take and whether you've completed it on the map screen. Unlocks There are eleven boss unlocks to work toward, including new items, trinkets, familiars like Grandma and AI Tim, and a Tim co-op baby. What you need • The Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ • REPENTOGON 1.1.3 or newer • Hutts' Shadow External Item Descriptions is supported, but isn't required. Enable the mods and fully restart the game after installing. I'm still working on balance and polish, so let me know if you find anything broken or have suggestions.
