Cheat Sheet - Item Spawner Notebook A grimy little pocket notebook Isaac found under the bed. Open it anytime, browse everything in the game, read what it does, and spawn it right next to you. Made for Repentance+ . Plays great with a controller, and was built and tested on the Steam Deck. What's inside • Items - every item, sorted into pages by item pool: treasure room, boss, shop, devil, angel, secret, library, curse, planetarium, ultra secret, the chests, the beggars, crane game and more. Items from other mods get their own page. • Trinkets - every trinket. • Cards - tarot, reversed tarot, playing cards, runes, soul stones and special cards. • Pills - every pill effect, as normal pills and horse pills. • Pickups - hearts, coins, keys, bombs, batteries, chests and sacks. Features • Short, simple descriptions for everything, built in. No other mods needed. • Search across everything by name. • Spawn up to 10 at once. Items land on their own pedestals next to Isaac. • The game freezes while the notebook is open: enemies and their shots stop, and Isaac can't move, shoot or get hurt. • Shows the game's own art for items, trinkets, cards, pills and pickups. Why not just use the console? You can! But the console needs exact item names or ID numbers, and a keyboard. Cheat Sheet lets you browse everything by pool, see what it does, and spawn it with a controller, no typing needed. Handy on the Steam Deck, where typing commands is a pain. Controls Action Controller Keyboard Open / close L3 + R3 (click both sticks) H Switch tabs LB / RB Left arrow to the tabs, then up / down Flip pages LT / RT Q / E Move D-pad / left stick Arrow keys Amount X / Y - / + Spawn A Enter Search Press down from the bottom of the grid Same, then type Back B (clears a search, then closes) - On the Steam Deck, press Steam + X to bring up the keyboard for searching. Good to know • Pages like Treasure Room, Ultra Secret, the chests and the beggars are read from your current run, so they only show items still left in that pool. Everything is always on the "all items" page. • Pills only carry a colour on the floor. If the effect you pick isn't in your run yet, one pill colour is given that effect for the rest of the run. • Another mod, "Item Menu", also opens with H. If you use both, they'll open together. • If you have External Item Descriptions installed, it fills in descriptions for things from other mods. Found a bug or a wrong description?
