ShareSeed - The Isaac Seed Unifier Ever sent a friend the seed of an amazing run, only for them to get different items, rooms and bosses? That's because the game checks your unlocks everywhere. Same seed + different unlocks = different run. ShareSeed fixes that. It packs your seed and your unlocks into one code, so whoever plays it gets the exact same run you did - floors, rooms, bosses, items, pills and curses - whether they have nothing unlocked or Dead God. How to use Open the console and click ShareSeed -> Share / play a seed in the menu bar, or use: • shareseed - copy the current (or last) run's code to clipboard • shareseed play - play the code from your clipboard • shareseed info - see what's in a code and how many unlocks you're missing • shareseed stop - return to your own unlocks The sharer needs the mod installed while playing the run they want to share. Important • Steam keeps achievements. If the sharer has unlocks you don't, Steam will count them as earned. Your save gets your own unlocks back afterwards, but Steam can't be undone. Codes from players with fewer unlocks than you never touch Steam. • Don't uninstall mid-run. Keep ShareSeed installed until a shared run is over.
