Here's my first modded item added to the game! In this mod, the new item will turn Isaac into Phoenix Wright himself from Ace Attorney, ready to raise objections towards the enemies and the mother! -- Effects -- This is a quality 3 item that on pickup, it makes Isaac negate any form of damage taken with a 100% chance and it also confuses all the enemies in the room when triggered, however each time the effect triggers, the chance lowers down to 10% each time, until it reaches 0%. NOTE: The effect does not restore whenever Isaac enters a new floor, once the effect runs out at 0%, it won't come back to 100%, this prevents the item from being too overpowered -- Item pools -- This item can be found in your regular runs as a treasure room item or in the shop. You can test the mod in debug mode however. -- Tips -- This item is a very useful tool to get devil or angel rooms much easier, remember to preserve the hits for it whenever you can. ENJOY!!
