This mod changes the death music with the song Roundabout from Yes, just like the original: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=834830670 - this is a top-down remake of that mod. This new version fixes the inconsistent volume by using a new script to remove the game's vanilla crossfade, making that bass slap where it needs to. Also, there's now a looping riff that plays at low HP (one hit or when your mantle breaks). Volume settings and the low HP riff can now also be adjusted in the Mod Config Menu settings - MCM Impure required. Also fixed the directory so it sits above other music mods like Antibirth Music+++ - so it should be compatible with music mods now. The visual elements of the original are also otherwise retained.
