Note: I'm not the mod owner, just the one sharing it. The actual owner is (mrx234s1) on Discord. Isaac Nightmare A total hard-mode overhaul for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. Not just "more HP" — a living pressure system that hunts you on every floor. • Enemies +75% HP, bosses +55% with floor-scaled HP, contact damage +1 • Pressure system: the longer you stay on a floor, the stronger enemies get • 8 elite enemy types (Hardened, Regen, Volatile, Splitter, Vampiric, Shielded, Teleporter, Cursed) with a Bounty meter • A random curse every floor — including the explosive Rockfall • 3-phase bosses and roaming mini-bosses (Monstro, Chub, Gurdy...) • The Nemesis: linger 5 minutes on one floor and it will come for you • Collapse: after the boss, you have 2 minutes to escape the floor • No-hit streaks and speed-run bonuses for flawless play • Post-boss Shrine: pick your deal (keys 1–3) • Relics with great power and a painful price • Heat mutators: Thin Blood, Angry Bosses, Elite Horde, Glass Bones... • Permanent Nightmare Points to buy lasting perks between runs • Three difficulties: Nightmare, Hell, Oblivion • Thousands of new rooms: chaos rooms, siege rooms, boss duos, boss arenas • Themed starting items for every character Controls: press 0 (no enemies around) to open the in-game Nightmare menu. Arrows to select, Q/E to switch sections, Enter to confirm. All options are also available in Mod Config Menu.
