New introduction to the Heroes Unchained 2019 series! Includes changes made to mechanics and classes by the Color of Madness Patch, as well as powerful new effects and abilities! IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you comment about this mod not doing the things that it says it does, make sure you have placed the mods at the TOP of your load order. If you have it at the top of your load order and it isn't working as it says, please let me know and I will fix it. Special thanks to Loklin for creating the original Heroes Unchained mods! --- Non-extensive list of changes: -DMG increased at all ranks -Punish -Can now target position 3 again -Rain of Sorrows -DMG increased to -60% -Bleed chance increased by 10% at all ranks -Now usable from position 3 -Exsanguinate -Per battle limit removed -Exhaust changes retained, but debuff amounts reduced slightly, not removable -Reclaim -Can now target self -Redeem -Per battle limit removed -Exhaust changes retained, but debuff amounts reduced slightly, not removable -Suffer -Now additionally stress heals the flagellant for 3/3/4/4/5 --- "Heroes Unchained 2019: Flagellant" is not an official Red Hook Studios product or product modification, and Red Hook Studios Inc. is not responsible in any way for changes or damages that may result from using the mod.
