The goal with this rework for Arbalest is to expand her kit beyond Sniper Shot + Battlefield Bandage spam. The biggest offenders in her kit were Bola and Blindfire, which exist as skills you only ever want to use when there’s literally nothing else you can use. She now has 2 primary roles, either as a utility/healer/supplementary damage or as a pure damage dealer. ----------------Stats-------------------------------------------------- DMG: +2/3 Min New: 6-9/7-10/8-11/9-13/10-14 Old: 4-8/5-10/6-11/6-13/8-14 Crit Buff: +2 SPD (from +33% DMG vs Marked) ----------------Skill Changes----------------------------------------- Sniper Shot 90 ACC (-5) +100% DMG vs Marked on all levels +2-6% Crit vs Marked (-7%) Suppressing Fire 90 ACC (-5) Crit Debuff removed Shuffle (100-140%) Crit: -8-4% (+2%) DMG: -60% (from -80%) Sniper's Mark Free Action 1 Use per Battle ooxx - xxoo (from ooxx - xooo) 90 ACC (-10) No Dodge Debuff Mark Target (1 rd) Self: -50% DMG vs Marked (1 rd) Blind Fire Free Action -50% DMG (from -10%) 80 ACC (+5) Disable Sniper Shot Debuff Self: -200% Stun/Move Chance Bola 1 Use per Battle ooxx - xo+ox (from ooxx - o+oxx) 90 ACC (-5) / -4-0% Crit (-6%) Target: Stun (100-140%) Debuff -2-4 SPD (100-140%) No Knockback Battlefield Bandage Buff Target: New: +15-30% Healing Received (3 rds) Old: +20-38% Healing Received (3 rds) Rallying Flare 1 Use per Battle No Clears / Stress Heal Buff Party: +5-10 ACC / +1-3% CRT (1 Battle) Can’t be Marked (2 rds)
