This patch reworks the Arsonist to uses the burn mechanic from Fire's Edge DLC. Some Scaling has been changed/removed due to increase teambuilding balance. The Arsonist is built around Control Burn rank effect and pushing / pulling enemies around. This patch does the following things... -Molotov Cocktail now does a small burn and applys a rank burn -Slashing Strike renamed Stoke the Flames. Pulls once, and applies a burn decay debuff -Incinerate now only hits targets with burn, and gains damage based on burn stacks. -Red Hot Poker no longer bypasses stealth and removes stealth. It now knockbacks 1 and applies a burn. -Smokebomb now has a chance to apply stumble to the target. -Various trinket changes, and all limit 1. -Fixes some animation bugs with combat. The Arsonist
