Highlander Challenge : 1 Week This mod provides quality-of-life changes for the Highlander Challenge, a playstyle where you can only use one hero of each class. This is an alternative version that makes all heroes available in the first week, following feedback that the previous system of introducing them gradually over multiple weeks was inconvenient. All DLCs are required, including the recently released Fire's Edge. How It Works Week 1 – Gathered by Fate • A Vestal and a Plague Doctor will appear in the first Stagecoach. • A Town Event will provide one hero from every base-game class, including DLC heroes. Week 2 and Beyond • Starting from Week 2, no additional heroes will appear in the Stagecoach. • You must continue your journey with the heroes you have recruited. Compatibility • This mod is not compatible with modded hero classes. • This mod may conflict with other mods that modify quests or the Stagecoach. Other Changes • Heroes can re-enter the Darkest Dungeon regardless of difficulty, but gain 80 Stress upon entering. • Additional hero recruitment Town Events are disabled. • The number of hero deaths required to trigger the "From Beyond" event has been reduced from 3 to 1. Patch Notes Version 1.1 • Disabled the 'Ashes to Ashes' town event
