Youtube Video Explaining the program and how to use it! https://youtu.be/5MqYfJadzAM How to test your mod - Steam Community Link by Sherin https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2921804648 If your new to modding start here, It helped me a ton on my first mod Or you can join the Darkest Dungeon Discord! https://discord.gg/darkestdungeon If something is broken please let me know I will attempt to fix it If you have questions on how VBS files work, I'm sorry I can't help you more than that link can Find my Hero mod here! https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3806441512 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This Program was created to just Hopefully make testing and working on your mod's much more manageable You will likely still have to edit most vbs files yourself ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Features! -FilesTab (DefaultTab) -Select your mod root folder here and Darkest Dungeon root folder to begin - Inject Mod directly without worrying about copying files over - Backup core files that would be replaced when you install your mod and replace them when uninstalling it (You should backup your files anyway just in case, im not a perfect coder) - Refresh your mod, if you make changes to your mod files hit Refresh and it will update all the files - Un-Mod Simple as that remove your mod from your darkest dungeon folder - Generate Map This makes two files in your root mod folder -Map.txt -Map.Png This will be a txt format and png format of All the folders and files in your mod uesfull for keeping track of everything your mod consists of! - Click the Battle tab If you cannot see your party compisition on the bottom resize the program a little lower -Party Compisition -All heroes in your DarkestDungeon/Heroes folder will appear in the drop down tab (of course this includes any that you have injected with the program) -VBS Launch Settings -This changes the settings for all vbs files launched with the program -Resolution straight forward pick one run it at that -Tick boxes for removing -Tutorial's -Audio -Fullscreen Ignores resolution and launches the game in fullscreen mode - Click VBS Tab -This program has 4 built in vbs files -Battle Test -Camping Test -Stress Test -Town Test -However on this tab you can restore those 4 vbs files back to the original if you break them -If you put more Vbs files in the scripts folder, They will automatically show up here -Loaded vbs files in scripts folder (Should) work with the vbs settings -Included in the vbs scripts folder is all community vbs files i could find -This means it's up to you and that link up top to figure out what they do or how to use them sorry ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm sorry I probably won't be updating this more unless something is completely broken I will attempt to fix it. I made this program because I wanted to make the lives of modders easier, so much of darkest dungeon modding is very confusing and hard to work on and keep track of. If i have time in the future ill try to add a proper Updated art.darkest and info.darkest helpers but don't hold your breath on that one please! I hope you enjoy!
