The Bulrush is a "playable" "class" to "accompany" actual heroes on expeditions, enabling them to succeed on quests without a truly full party. The Bulrush only has one combat skill: Rustle. Rustle grants the target an immediate action and fully stress-heals and applies Stealth to the Bulrush. On its first use per quest, it also buffs the target +100% max HP for the quest's duration and buffs the Bulrush for -100% Food consumed and -100% Stress received. In addition to the three usual shared camp skills, the Bulrush has a camp skill that refreshes camp skill uses, one that prevents ambush, one that makes food, and one that cures diseases. The Bulrush has 200 Dodge and 200 HP. The Bulrush will always become afflicted, with a custom affliction: Inanimate. (It doesn't do anything.) When the Bulrush falls to Death's Door, it fully heals itself. The Bulrush can't use town stress-relief facilities or get quirks related to them or forced interaction with curios. There are four skins: Bulrush, Cattail, Small Pew, and blank. The Bulrush's canon name is Frelinghuysen.
