She believes that pain is the only honest proof of devotion, and she’s really good at enforcing that. Every time she points out a crime, her nails get heavier. She judges the guilty, has her allies preach, and then steps over the corpses to move on. Kromer comes from Project Moon's *Helltaker Bus*, and is a fanatical inquisitor of Company N's “Nail and Hammer” sect, with the title 'Wielding Hand.' She believes pain is the only honest proof of devotion, and she 'purifies' everything she deems impure with nails and hammers. Spike Thrust 21→12: 90-110% accuracy, −10% damage, 2-6% crit; 100-140% chance to inflict 5-9 bleeding (1 turn) The Grip 21→123: 95-115% accuracy, −60% damage; stuns and applies 'Vulnerable' — takes 100% damage from all Kromer’s skills for 2 turns Mad Laughter 21→~1234: No damage; All enemies gain 5-9 stress; Kromer gains 15-27% damage, 3-7% crit, 1-2 speed (3 turns), self-stress 3-5; can be used 3 times per battle Condemnation 21→1: No damage modifier, 5-9% crit; applies debuff 'Bleed 2-4 points at turn start for 3 turns,' debuff lasts 4 turns and refreshes each turn Purification 43→123: 90-110% accuracy, move 2 forward; 30-50% more damage to bleeding targets, 30-70% more damage to targets below 33% HP Immediate Execution! 21→~123 (ignores Stealth), −66% damage; All enemies 5-25% injury, −15% Defense and Evasion Utterly Ridiculous 43→ Self, move back 1; 40-50% evasion (4 turns); frees her from placement restrictions When Kromer’s stress reaches 100, she won’t gain virtue or be caught in normal torment, instead she enters her unique afflicted —— 'Dream of Perfection': 15% damage, −15% damage received, −25% stress damage; Each turn randomly: do nothing, reduce her own stress by 7, mark herself, or give the whole team 7 stress.
