⚠️ Note: If a mod uses weird variables that cause the results to differ every time ModelDb is registered, even this mod won't be able to save you OuO 📖 Description In Slay the Spire 2's multiplayer environment, if two players have their character mods installed in a different order, the room Hash generated by BaseLib will offset. This causes the system to block teammates right before they can even enter the lobby. Previously, the only workaround required players to go through the hassle of digging through their computer's hidden AppData folder and manually editing settings.save with Notepad, which was incredibly tedious. ModListSorter is a fully automated tool born to end this frustrating process! The exact moment you close and exit the game, it automatically intercepts the system save and restructures your mod list: • Core prerequisite libraries like BaseLib are forced to the very top to ensure safe low-level loading. • All other custom character and functional mods are strictly forced to re-sort alphabetically from A to Z. As long as everyone playing together installs this mod, your mod load orders and room Hashes will permanently stay 100% mirrored and perfectly aligned! 🚀 How to Use To ensure the sorting takes effect, please make sure to follow these simple "Open-Close-Open" steps: • Download & Extract: Download the zip file of this mod. • Place in Directory: After extracting, drop the entire ModListSorter folder directly into the mods folder in the game's root directory. • First Launch: Start the game and enter the main menu (at this point, the mod has successfully loaded and is ready in the background). • Close the Game: Exit the game directly (at the exact second you exit, the mod will automatically sort your config file into A-Z order). • Second Launch: Restart the game! You're all set! Now your mod load order will be completely identical to any teammate who has this tool installed.
