The Dragon of Dojima joins Slay the Spire 2! Kiryu's cards revolve around the ability to swap between Brawler, Rush, or Beast Style with his starting card "Style Change" when the situation arises, with many cards providing unique effects if he's in a specific style. Each style has its own minor passive ability as well. His starting relic starts him in Brawler Style and grants him 1 Heat every turn: at 10 Heat, 10 Heat is consumed and a powerful Heat Action is added to his hand (there are 3 random Heat Actions.) Any Heat Action you play switches your style into the ultimate Legend Style, which makes all attacks free to play and counts as being in all 3 styles! You return to Brawler Style at the end of your turn. Furthermore, some of Kiryu's cards add random Improvised Weapons into his hand, powerful Exhaust cards that have a variety of effects. This creates 3 build paths: Styles, Heat, or Improvised Weapons, but they all have cards which encourage synergy with each other. Kiryu model is ripped from Yakuza 6, and posed in Blender with help from https://github.com/Kaplas80/ParManager and https://github.com/mosamadeeb/yakuza-gmt-blender. I hastily re-animated some keyframes to fix broken physics and move Kiryu back into place after the animations so it'll be janky. Most card art was painstakingly screenshotted from Yakuza Kiwami's skill tree. Everything else and Relics/power art is from 0, Kiwami, and Kiwami 2. There are currently 63 normally obtainable cards and 83~ cards in total. The mod definitely needs some balancing, so please let me know in the comments cards that need buffing or nerfing. Also, no spoilers in the comments, if you've never played Yakuza start with Yakuza 0! The kit is based around Yakuza Kiwami but I added some minor references to 0, Kiwami 2, 6, and Gaiden. This is my first Slay the Spire 2 mod, and I made it in a week to familiarize myself with Godot and how to create characters, so remember- it's free and just for fun!
