Adds Happy Chaos, a custom playable character inspired by Guilty Gear. Happy Chaos is an offensive gunslinger built around loading Bullets into Chambers, equipping his gun, and firing reusable shots at marked targets. Manage your ammo, stack Concentration, and line up explosive burst turns before the Spire can answer back. Features: - Full custom playable character - 38 cards total - 33 reward cards: 10 Common, 12 Uncommon, 11 Rare - Custom starter relic: Celestial Gun - Custom upgraded starter relic interaction - Custom Bullet/Chamber ammo system - Concentration and Marked mechanics - Unique card art, relic art, power icons, character sprites, map icon, and energy counter - Custom VFX assignments for many cards Core gameplay: - Load Bullets into Chambers. - Equip Moon Blade Replica to create Fire. - Fire spends Bullets for repeatable damage. - Concentration increases shot damage, but is fragile. - Marked enemies let you fire more efficiently. - Powers and relics support reload engines, burst turns, and bullet-focused defense. This mod is balance-in-progress and proudly, lovingly SlopCoded. Expect chaos. Possibly Happy.
