Frigil, the Cryomantic Kobold - Main Branch Edition

This version of the mod is intended for the main and default branch of the game. If you are playing on the beta branch, use this mod instead. I develop on the beta branch, so this version will receive far fewer updates. Frigil, the Cryomantic Kobold, enters the spire! Frigil is a character who plays around his Hypothermia mechanic to deal extra damage with particularly Icy attacks. In addition to a pool of 88 cards, Frigil also comes with 9 relics in his Relic pool. Being a fairly straightforward character with less complex mechanics, Frigil adds only a few Keywords to his cards: Hypothermia / Icy : Icy attacks deal extra damage equal to half the stacks of Hypothermia an enemy has. Flow : Block from cards is increased by the amount of Flow you have until you play a skill. Accumulate : Accumulate cards create and empower a powerful, one-time-use Cryospear. Gemstones : Gemstones are unplayable cards with powerful bonuses when Exhausted. Generative AI nor LLMs were not and are not used at any point in Frigil's development.
