Adds **Sarakt the Celestial Sovereign** as a new Ancient. Made for Beta branch. Sarakt is a self-proclaimed perfect celestial being: radiant, ancient, and only slightly delusional. Their rewards are never meant to be bad, but they can warp how you build and play your deck through gimmicks themed around perfection, space, and time.
