Better Multiplayer Keeps the official friends-only multiplayer flow and adds password rooms, Rest Site item trades, Smith for a Teammate, and gold trading at merchants. Connections use Steam lobbies and relay, so no port forwarding or third-party tunneling is required. Features • Play with non-friends by entering the exact room name and password • Trade Cards, Relics, and Potions at Rest Sites • Spend your Rest Site action to upgrade a card for another player • Trade gold with another player at merchants • Send fixed-shape diagnostic feedback with one click from the multiplayer menu Every player needs this mod, BaseLib, and the same mod version. After a disconnect, the host must create a new room and choose Load Multiplayer Run. Diagnostic Feedback & Privacy A fixed-shape diagnostic is uploaded only when the player clicks Send Feedback. It may include platform account and lobby IDs, participants and character IDs, the parties and message timing for trades and Smith for a Teammate, and mod IDs and versions loaded on the reporting device; it does not obtain other players' mod environments. It excludes player names, room names, passwords, IP fields, local paths, screenshots, saves, raw logs, and player-entered text. Open Source This mod's original source code and original mod artwork are open source on GitHub under the MIT License.
