Bramblewarden An ancient, rooted tree-ent. It does not chase tempo — it fortifies, digs in, and lets attackers destroy themselves against its bark while the forest does the killing. A full custom character for Slay the Spire 2: ~80 cards, three interweaving playstyles, custom powers and relics, its own combat model, and hand-tuned combat feel. Art is done by Comfy UI Three ways to grow • Bramble / Thorns — turn the enemy's aggression against them. Stack Thorns, wear a wall of bark, and let every hit they land come back at them. • Blight / Poison — seed rot and walk away. Poison, Virulence and Contagion turn a single stack into a spreading kill. • Roots / Ensnared — control the fight. Ensnared shrinks enemy damage while your slow engines do their work; Strangle punishes the trapped. The paths bridge: cross cards deal damage and gain Thorns or apply Poison, so no two runs draft the same. Signature kit • Heartwood (starter): each combat, gain Thorns — and when your Thorns bite, they poison. • Custom powers — Ensnared, Virulence, Contagion, Tangle, Thornvine and more — each with its own art. • Custom relics: Thornmail, Blightpod, Chokevine. • Native Dexterity, Regen and multi-hit support; Strike/Defend synergies respected. • Co-op ready: Bulwark taunt redirects enemy attacks onto you — perfect for a tank who wants to be hit. Requires BaseLib — subscribe to it as well (linked as a required item). Without it the mod won't load. Feedback Balanced across all three paths and playtested, but comments and bug reports are welcome.
