Have you ever wanted more than just the set ancient every run? Look no further! No longer do you stumble upon the Ancients, now they come to you. At the end of each act, vote for the Ancient you want at the start of the next. For Main 0.1070.1 and Beta 0.111.0 As you can see, you have three Ancients to vote for. After you select one, another Ancient has the chance to change your mind. The custom Ancient shown is Arq's Ancients – Phoenix by Arquebus. Features • After you start Act 1 or proceed to Act 2 or Act 3, a new screen asks you to choose the Ancient. • Ancients' scenes clash together and zoom in as you hover over them. • Multiplayer support. Votes are weighted, with randomized picks in multiplayer. • In the default mode there are 2 votes, giving a second ancient a second chance. • The second Ancient sweetens the deal by revealing their relic options, in case they have what you need. • Proceeds cleanly to the next act, building the same rewards for the second-most-voted Ancient if you pick them. • Ancient spawning is no longer determined by the base game. • Darv can appear in both Act 2 and Act 3 during the same run. • Custom Games always show Act 1 Ancient Rewards just like in Always Whale • Works with custom Ancients. • Controller support. • Resizes for different resolutions. • Console Commands • ctaact n to jump act with selection • ctastay n to do selection for any act on current act • ctaskip to cancel selection • ctaffsay fair fight dialouge on monty hall • Optional settings: • Number of Ancients • Game modes: • Monty Hall (default) • Fair Fight • I Want To Know Everything • Simple Picker Mod Compatibility • BaseLib custom Ancients. • RitsuLib custom Ancients. • Use either BaseLib or RitsuLib for the full settings menu. • Limited settings are available through Mod Config . • Use Ancient Configs Plus to filter Ancients. (BaseLib only) • Works in endless mode, including New Game ++ . (Ascension 10 breaks; ACP only filters Act 1–3 bosses.) • Act 4 mods do not have an Ancient node at the start, so no choice screen appears there. • Usable with Ancient Affection . However, the preview displays the “beloved” rewards under the wrong reward options. • Slay the Streamer 2 support. • This mod already provides the functionality of Pikcube's Custom Modifier's popular Always Whale option for any act 1 ancient. If Always whale is enabled and you have picked Neow, or defaulted to Neow, the Custom Modifiers will apply twice so just leave the toggle off when using Choose The Ancient.
