“Who Else Wants to Tell a Story?” A cute little Djall has come to evaluate Slay the Spire 2— This mod is a port and full rework of the Nymph character mod from Slay the Spire 1, while also incorporating many elements from Arknights' Integrated Strategies: Sarkaz's Furnaceside Fables into its cards and mechanics. Compared with the Slay the Spire 1 version, many cards and mechanics have been adjusted or completely reworked. Whether or not you've played the original mod, you're more than welcome to experience everything this version has to offer! Supported Versions Both the release and beta branches are supported. New Content • 90 character-specific cards (including 5 multiplayer cards) • 24 Inspiration cards • 13 relics • 3 potions • 1 event Core Mechanics • Thoughts : Inspired by the Thoughts system from Sarkaz's Furnaceside Fables. In this mod, playing a card increases your Thoughts by 1. Creation effects generate additional Thoughts, while Narration effects can convert Thoughts into Block and trigger additional effects. By balancing the proportion of these two types of cards in your deck, you can keep your Thoughts flowing smoothly while consistently building up Block. • Reconstruction : What would Sarkaz's Furnaceside Fables be without all that refreshing? In this mod, all sorts of things can be Reconstructed: potions, enemy intents, relics... But most importantly, of course, cards! Card Reconstruction works somewhat like Transform, but with a few differences. In short, if you don't like it, just Reconstruct it! • Necrosis : Inspired by the damage-over-time design of Necrosis in the original game. In this mod, enemies afflicted with Necrosis lose a certain amount of HP whenever you play a card, with higher stacks of Necrosis causing greater HP loss. Stack Necrosis high and tear apart the locks around your enemies' hearts! Additionally, enemies afflicted with both Fear and Necrosis will take a large amount of bonus Necrosis damage. • Inspiration : Inspiration cards are single-use cards that have a chance to drop as an additional reward after each combat and can be used at the start of each battle. As an out-of-combat resource, they might simply make a good run even better—or save you when all hope seems lost.
