The Dreamer He puts cards to sleep instead of discarding them and gets them back cheaper. 70 HP, 3 Energy, a ten-card starting deck, and one Dream slot. • Dream - set a card aside face-up. It leaves every pile - hand, draw, discard, exhaust - and waits. • Awaken - at the start of your next turn it comes back with Retain and costs 1 less for that turn. • Lucid - true for the rest of any turn in which a card Awakened. Roughly a third of the pool checks it. • Fright - an Unplayable, Ethereal Status the Nightmare cards hand you in exchange for above-rate output. The starting relic, The Last Nightlight , gives 3 Block at the start of your turn while a card is Dreaming - it pays for the setup turn without making the delay free. Work in progress The character is finished and playable end to end - all 92 cards, eight class relics, five Dream Journal milestones, a custom unlock screen, the Dream HUD, the rest site, and combat animations. What has not happened yet is a long tail of high-Ascension runs, so expect balance passes rather than missing content. Balance feedback is genuinely wanted. If a card is dead on arrival, or one line wins fights on its own, say so in the comments: which card, what Ascension, and roughly what the rest of the deck was doing. That is the report a number actually gets changed from. What ships 92 card models: 4 starter models, the 80-card reward pool at the game's own 20 Common / 35 Uncommon / 25 Rare split, 5 multiplayer cards, 2 Ancients, and Fright. Every Rare uses the game's full-art card layout. Eight class relics, five Dream Journal unlock milestones, a face-up Dream zone in the HUD, a rest site, a merchant, a character-select screen, and frame-referenced combat animation.
