Couch co-op on one screen, no networking required. Each controller drives its own character in a local multi-character run: press a button on your controller to take over whenever your teammate isn't mid-action. - Per-controller seats: plug in a second controller and press a button to claim your character. - Simultaneous play in combat: the teammate who isn't driving can still play cards, use potions, and end their turn without taking the screen. - Full per-character state: decks, gold, potions, relics, and choices are all tracked separately instead of mirrored or shared. - Rewards, shops, rest sites, treasure, and events are all handled per player. - Works on Steam Deck / Bazzite Game Mode.
