Early build: this is an early version of the mod and there are likely bugs and rough edges. Please report anything that breaks in the comments or Discussions, with your headset and what you were doing. Play Slay the Spire 2 in VR with any OpenXR headset (SteamVR, Quest Link, Virtual Desktop, WMR). Setup • Subscribe to this mod. • In your Steam Library, right-click Slay the Spire 2 > Properties > General > Launch Options, and enter: --xr-mode on --rendering-driver vulkan • Start SteamVR (or your OpenXR runtime), then launch the game. Accept the mod prompt the first time. To play flat again, clear the launch options. What you get • Table diorama : the fight stands on a table in front of you, with the characters and the room backdrop as cut-outs, health bars at their feet. • Cards in your hands : your hand fans out in front of you. Grab a card and throw it at an enemy to play it. Flip a card to see its upgrade. • Character hands : your hands are styled after the character you play. • Potions on your belt, relics on a shelf, 3D map with a pawn, merchant stall, treasure chests, campfire, and a stage for events. • Lunges and bolts when creatures attack, gold coins, positional sound, act themes, confetti on victory. • Co-op : see your friends' heads and hands in VR, send emotes. Friends playing flat show up as a pointing hand. • Photo camera: snapshots go to Pictures\Spire VR. • Wrist menu (tap the gem on your wrist): wall or table mode, move, raise, tilt and turn the table, standing mode, snap turn, left-handed, one-handed, text size, haptics. Controls • Point and pull the trigger to click anything. • Grip to grab cards, potions, relics, and the table edge (twist your wrist to turn the table). • Right stick left/right: snap turn (when enabled). The mod does not change gameplay: it only shows the game in VR and turns your controllers into the mouse.
