Every card in the game can be upgraded again and again, and each upgrade adds the same amount its first upgrade did. Nothing new is bolted on: the card just keeps doing more of what its + already did. How cards grow • Numbers : Bash deals 8, 10, 12, 14 and so on. Block, Strength, Poison, card draw and every other number climb the same way. • Cost : cards that get cheaper keep getting cheaper. Once a card costs 0, each further upgrade makes it give you energy when you play it. Stampede: 2, 1, 0, then Gain 1 Energy, Gain 2 Energy... • X cards : X+1 becomes X+2, X+3, X+4 (Malaise, Tempest, Multi-Cast, Cascade). Whirlwind and the other X cards grow their numbers as normal. • Cards that make cards : Hidden Daggers+3 makes Shivs+3. Reave makes Soul+N, Charge makes Minion Dive Bomb+N, Jackpot and Quasar give cards upgraded N times. Armaments+3 upgrades your hand three times. • Extra triggers : Darkness and Tesla Coil trigger one more time per upgrade. Spinner channels one more Glass. The one exception Cards whose only upgrade is a keyword (Innate, Retain, losing Exhaust or Ethereal) stop at +1, since there is nothing left to add. Friendship stops at +2, when it no longer costs you Strength. See any level The Card Library, your deck view and the right-click card view get a - +N + picker beside the Upgrade tickbox, so you can preview a card at +2, +5, +20 before you commit. Right-clicking an upgraded card opens on its current level; tick Upgrade to see the next one with the changes in green. Good to know • Requires BaseLib . • Multiplayer: everyone in the lobby needs this mod. • Settings (through BaseLib): Stack Upgrades In Combat. On by default; turn it off and in-fight upgrades like Armaments only take unupgraded cards to +1. • Turn off other infinite-upgrade mods while using this one. • Removing the mod mid-run can stop a save that holds cards above +1 from loading.
