模组简介
Adds an opt-in custom run modifier that restores Neow's floor-1 relic blessing (one cursed, two blessed relic choice) to Custom Runs, stacking with any other selected modifier (Draft, Sealed Deck, etc). Also adds the Random character option to the Custom Run character select, identical to standard runs, plus a multiplayer-only "No random repeat characters" checkbox (standard and custom runs) so random picks never collide with each other or with manually-selected characters. Requires BaseLib.
