Replaces the Necrobinder's Osty with Neco-Arc, including idle, attack, hurt, death, revival, and victory visual reactions. Sound mapping: - attack.mp3 for Osty attacks - heal.mp3 whenever Osty's current HP increases - hurt.mp3, hurt2.mp3, hurt3.mp3, and hurt6.mp3 cycling for actual damaging hits Cosmetic mod. Preserves Osty's gameplay and health-based growth. Includes sound enable and volume controls in settings.json. Uses the game's SFX/master volume and background muting. No BaseLib dependency. Built against Slay the Spire 2 Windows v0.111.0. Unofficial Neco-Arc fan mod; includes generated character artwork and supplied voice clips.
