SAITAMA — HERO FOR FUN Bring the hero who trained past his limits into Slay the Spire 2. An offense-focused character with 100 starting HP, powerful punches, and defenses that grow as the fight goes on. TRAIN HARD. HIT HARDER. Build Training to fuel devastating attacks. His unique starter relic, Hero Cape, grants Training each turn and gives 1 Invincible for every 4 Training gained during combat. This conversion does not consume Training, and spending Training does not reset your progress. Invincible reduces incoming enemy Attack damage by 1 per stack, per hit, after Block. If the remaining damage cannot overcome your stacks, Saitama takes no damage. The stacks last for the combat and are not consumed when hit. WHAT'S INCLUDED • 32 cards, including 10 Powers, with upgraded versions. • Build Strength from Invincible, gain extra Energy each turn, or chain attacks with cost reductions. • I'll Be Serious Now: a 4-cost Power that doubles your Strength every turn, doubles your Invincible gains, and changes Saitama into his serious battle form, holding Genos's core. • Hero Cape, plus a unique upgrade from Touch of Orobas. • 3 reward/shop relics: Worn Running Shoes, Supermarket Coupon, and Game Controller. Worn Running Shoes can also appear for other characters. • Custom Energy art, character selection and HUD icons, and selection background. • Saitama resting in bed at rest sites, thinking in shops, and walking away disappointed when defeated. • Custom Training and Invincible icons. • Retcon Feats, a Dusty Tome-exclusive 0-cost Power: gain 50 Strength and 30 Invincible. Art features Saitama bench-pressing black holes. • Original first-meeting and return dialogue with all 8 Ancients and the Architect. • An included offline card and relic gallery. MULTIPLAYER & COMPATIBILITY Tested in controlled two-player sessions on main v0.107.1 and beta v0.111.0. All players must use the same game branch/version, Saitama version, BaseLib, and gameplay mods. Mixed main/beta parties are not supported. Steam invitations, reconnects, four-player parties, and compatibility with other gameplay mods have not been verified. REQUIREMENT BaseLib 3.4.7 or newer. An unofficial One Punch Man fan mod. Features original AI-generated fan illustrations inspired by the anime and manga. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of One Punch Man or Slay the Spire 2.
