Master Reality Relic Mod

You ever think, "Wow, Master Reality is cool!" Then you see it's locked to Watcher? Cringe. Then you take a look at the upgrade and go, "Huh...can't even get it innate?" MEGA CRINGE NEW PLAN! What if I just make a mod that makes it a relic and can have cool synergy with other relics that add cards to your hand? HMMMMMMMM?????? This mod implements Master Reality as a relic in the Uncommon Relic pool. The way it works is that it gives you the buff before any card can be added to your hand. Doing it this way allows relics that add a card to your hand at the start of combat (e.g. Ninja Scroll, Toolbox, Pure/Holy Water, etc.) to give you the upgraded version of the cards. The relic can be found on any class. I kept the card installed on Watcher just because then you could have increased odds of that effect on that character. This is my first StS mod so go easy on me lol, I may consider making some other content as well if this goes smoothly.
