The Shadow Siren This mod adds a new playable character: Vivian, from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Alongside them is a new set of 75 cards, 14 Relics, and 4 Potions. Character, Relics, and background assets are from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and are property of Nintendo. Features Vivian is a magic user who has learned a thing or two from her sisters. Explore 4 unique elemental card types that each have their own typed damage. There are perks to both specializing in a single element as well as branching out to all 4 elements to create a synergistic deck. Elements: Vivian's cards come in 4 new flavours: Fire, Ice, Electric, and Shadow. Playing an elemental card will prepare its damage type to be added to the next elementless card you play, allowing you to combo elements together. Fire: Fire cards put your enemies on a timer, as the Burn applied by Fire Damage does not decay. In addition to Burning things, Fire cards specialize in Exhausting cards, gaining Vigor, and producing Ashes. Ice: Ice cards theme around Block and damage mitigation by applying Weak and Chilling your enemies. Ice Damage applies Chill on hit, reducing the damage that enemies deal. Stack enough Chill and you can Freeze an enemy, stunning them. Electric: Electric cards have a mix of frontloaded damage and scaling options, and Electric Damage allows attacks to hit an additional time at half damage. Shock the enemy to make it take more damage, stack it with Vulnerable, and make your cards scaled with Charge even more effective. Shadow: Shadow cards are all about control. Shadow damage ignores Block and triggers any Shadow Split the enemy may have, causing them to lose HP. In addition to Shadow Split, Shadow cards come built with deck and cost manipulation effects.
