For those who want to take on some real challenge in the spire: Ascension is All you Need! A higher ascension means a higher difficulty. This mod introduces 10 12 new Ascension levels above Level 20, with the sole intention of increasing the game's difficulty: • Level 21. Poor Elites. • Level 22. Some normal enemies are more dangerous. • Level 23. Potions appear less often. • Level 24. Heal less while resting. • Level 25. Start with less gold. • Level 26. Unfavorable maps. • Level 27. Rare relics appear less often. • Level 28. Rare potions appear less often. • Level 29. Rare cards appear less often. • Level 30. Start each run extra cursed. • Level 31. Card Removal Service is more costly. • Level 32. (Max Level) Choose a Blight. You can quickly unlock these ascensions in the mod config. Disclaimer: A31 & A32 are NOT intended for regular gameplay.
