The Watcher is very easy to create infinite decks if Rushdown is given with an upgraded Eruption card, so I nerfed it and buffed things related to Scry instead. I'd like to make these changes as few as possible, and not to change the original Watcher's playing experience as much as possible other than these. - Eruption : Upgraded cost 1 -> 2, Upgraded damage 9 -> 13 - Rushdown : Changed condition from wrath to 'scry or exiting calm', draw amount 2 -> 1 - Mental Fortress : Defense 4(6) -> 3(4) - Nirvana : Defense 3(4) -> 4(6) - Just Lucky : Defense, Attack damage 2(3), 3(4) -> 2(4), 4(8), Added exhaust
