The carrier of burdens for a story erased from time. Steadfast is the banner, bolstered by it’s weilder. NOTE: Incompatible with TheFlagbearer (the first one) The Flagbearer (2!) is a custom class which slowly gains power by upkeeping buffs and using strong card manipulation tools to generate advantage. It features many strengthening style effects through the Duration, Fading and Suspend mechanics. Features of The Flagbearer: • 75 cards with original digitally painted artwork • 10 relics • 3 character unique potions • Animated character, custom splash, campfire, defeated and ending artwork • Duration: Buffs and passive effects which last for multiple turns. Can be enhanced for stronger effects. • Fading: Retain cards which grant effects at the start of turn but exhaust themselves after Fading runs out. • Suspend: Powerful cards which grant effects the turn after they’re played. This mod is based off of my VTuber model and lore. Dev Note: For anyone who has played The Flagbearer before, please consider this as an early beta for what I wanted to make in Slay the Spire 2! I wanted to get my ideas into a playable prototype instead of waiting for the release of STS 2. I also recognize that the gameplay is a bit different than the first version of this character. In the future I want to have both styles available in STS 2, and card/character art for the actual release so please look forward to that!
