Adds two versions of a new character: The Evolution. Wielding the powers of a fallen god this shapeshifter climbs the Spire to save her fading worlds. This mod was inspired by Portals of Phereon by Syvaron. If you're of legal age to view explicit adult content you should check out his games! This mod adds: - two versions of a new character - 73 and 75 character cards respectively, plus a few generated cards - 3 character potions - 6 and 2 character relics Character mechanics: - 11 "Genes", orbs with various effects. - V1 genes are not as powerful as the Defect Orbs but much easier to Channel. - V2 genes are slightly stronger due to having their effects upfront and more rare. - Form effects: effects that trigger if you have the matching Gene or Channel the Gene otherwise. - Adapt cards: Consume your Genes to add its effect to the card for the rest of the combat. Build your own card! Genes: - Beast (V1): gain 2 Rage, whick gives you Block every time you play an Attack. Hard to Channel more than 1 at a time. - Beast (V2): gain 2 Bestial Rage, whick gives you Block for each Energy you spend on Attacks. Hard to Channel more than 1 at a time. - Centaur: increase the damage of your next attack by 3. - Harpy: draw 1 card. Hard to Channel more than 1 at a time. - Insect: add a Drone to your hand. Drones are 0-cost attacks which deal 3 damage and exhaust or give you 2 Block and exhaust if not played. - Lavafolk: deal 2 damage to a random enemy 2 times. Easy to Channel. - Lizard: apply 2 Poison to a random enemy. - Lymean (V1): Fate 2 cards. Fate puts cards from your draw pile on top of it then Scry them. Hard to Channel more than 1 at a time. - Lymean (V2): Gain 2 Fate. At the start of your next turn before drawing your hand, Fate Scries for its amount (after refilling your draw pile if needed). - Merfolk: gain 3 Block. - Plant: gain 1 Growth. 2 Growth are converted to 1 energy. Hard to Channel more than 1 at a time. - Shadow (V1): gain 1 Shadows. When Shadows reach the threshold (initially at 1) it explodes, dealing 2 damage per stack to all enemies and applying 1 Weak. - Shadow (V2): deal damage to ALL enemies equal to the turn number. - Succubus: apply 2 Lust to a random enemy. Lust reduces the damage of their next attack. Hard to Channel more than 1 at a time.
